Tom Sica -

Shelter Program Manager

Tom manages the day to day operations of families, facilities, and programming for Belknap House. Tom and his staff of House Assistants make sure families have their basic needs met and follow up with comprehensive case management - including individualized goal setting. Tom ensures resources are available to each family based on their needs and circumstances.

Kate Persson -

Development Manager

Kate graduated from the University of New Hampshire in 2022 with BA’s in English: Text, Business Writing & Digital Media Studies, International Affairs, and German.

Kate oversees the organizational operations at Belknap House, including website management, marketing content creation, grant research, report writing, and bookkeeping for the nonprofit. Collaborating closely with the Executive Director, she plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Belknap House effectively pursues its mission and expands its outreach initiatives.


Kevin Person -
Senior Shelter Assistant
 

Kevin joined Belknap House in 2020 as a part-time Shelter Assistant and was promoted to full-time Senior Shelter Assistant in 2022. Originally from NY, Kevin has had experiences with being unsheltered and found that this kind of position is the perfect fit for him. As one of the main contact points for families, he is in charge of setting dinner times, assigning chores, maintaining the house and office, and providing support to the Shelter Program Manager by doing two on-call weekends a month. Kevin is dedicated to supporting families in need and ensuring they have a safe and comfortable environment during their stay at Belknap House.


Crystal Hoyt -

Administrative Assistant

Crystal grew up in Manchester, New Hampshire and graduated from Bentley University with a B.S. in Marketing. Crystal’s role as the Administrative Assistant is to support the Executive Director and Development Manager with the website, content creation, bookkeeping and other administrative duties. Crystal has been a graphic designer for over 15 years working with businesses from Boston to San Diego.
